While your individual security acts will vary due to individual circumstances and needs, the new legislation must include the following:
The government must have the...
- "Authority to intercept wire, oral, and electronic communications relating to terrorism."
- "Authority to intercept wire, oral, and electronic communications relating to computer fraud and abuse offenses."
- "Authority to share electronic, wire and oral interception information."
The government must also be aware of the presence of cyber-terrorism and employ effective means to regulate what is posted on the Internet. Therefore, posing as a terrorist organization, no matter the motive (i.e. for sport), is unacceptable and prosecutable.
It is also very important that your respective governments do not abuse this measure. Excessive and unreasonable use of the provisions mentioned in the measure must not impede personal freedoms and oppress the people in any form.
Dillon & Friends will randomly conduct quality checks to verify if these measures are being used appropriately.
Failure to comply by these regulations will result in ejection from the coalition and further consequences.

Gentlemen, I am glad to see that you have adjusted your agenda to accommodate the goodwill of the U.S. government, and any specific educational institutions that thrive under its reign.
I also trust that you have read that President Obama in not fully backing the US PATRIOT Act and has proposed a compromise called the SAFE Act. Within the reauthorization of the US PATRIOT Act, he wants to see a prevention of abuse of authority of law enforcement in three areas: one, to ensure the rights of defendants in court so that they can appeal to business records requests; two, to allow the anonymity of attorneys being consulted; and three, to protect libraries that do not serve as internet service providers from national security letters. All these changes and official views of the Obama administration can be found here: http://factcheck.barackobama.com/factcheck/2008/01/05/fact_check_obamas_consistent_p_1.php
These changes may not seem to affect your views, but as time goes on we might be seeing the views of our President on issues like telecommunication loosen or get stricter, depending on the threats that surface.
Overall, the reasons that you are employing the US PATRIOT Act seem noble, and I applaud them.
I've added a note to my blog in response to the frequently-asked question about the pronunciation of "iron." :)
